Shipping policy
SHIPPING
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-4 business days for Priority Mail and 1-5 business days for First Class Mail. At this time, shipping upgrades are not available.
- Tracking is provided on all orders. Tracking information will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped.
- If you need to change the address provided at checkout or make any changes to your order, please email us at support@thislittleloveco.com before the your order has shipped. Once we've processed your order, we can no longer make any changes.
LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS
- This Little Love Co is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost orders, or undeliverable packages once your order has left our shop. If your order is lost, you can try filing a claim with USPS or going through your credit card company for a refund.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@thislittleloveco.com. You will need to supply your order number, as well as photos of the damage. Once accepted, your new item will be shipped within 4 business days.
- Please be sure to enter the correct address at checkout. This Little Love Co is not responsible for orders returned back to us if it is an error on your part. We will refund you, less the amount of shipping costs, and you will need to replace your order. If an error on our part resulted in the package being returned to us, we will reship your order within 4 business days.
