DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are only able to ship within the United States, but can ship to Canada upon request. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible!
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Gratitude journals and milestone cards are shipped via First Class Mail and all other orders are shipped via Priority Mail, which typically takes between 1-4 business days to arrive.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Although we hope you love your items, we will gladly accept returns if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping. We recommend bubble wrapping or including some kind of protection when packaging your order to send back to us. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition in order to receive a refund. Your order needs to be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.
CAN I RETURN MY PRINTABLE?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, printables are unable to be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions about your printable or need help with downloading at email@example.com.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. You will need to return and then replace your order.
CAN I PERSONALIZE MY JOURNAL?
At this time we do not offer custom orders.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you need to change the address you provided at checkout or make any other changes to your order, you may do so by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your item(s) has shipped. Once we've processed your order, we cannot make any changes to it.
